Covid Safety
We will use national, state, and local guidelines as our baseline during our event.  We want our attendees to stay healthy and enjoy the conference; therefore we will encourage the following appropriate safety measures throughout the conference.  In addition, we also want our families and communities to be safe as well.  Therefore, all attendees will need to submit proof of negative PCR test, no questions asked.  More details to come on the submission process.  In the event of a positive test, we ask that you follow local safety protocols at your place of residence. Please do not attend a conference if you are feeling sick or if you or someone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19. The conference sessions will be recorded and can be enjoyed at your convenience.  At the conference we are asking that masks are on whenever not eating or in your rooms.

What should I bring?
Bring yourself, note taking materials, toiletries, and your bible.

Are meals covered?
East Coast – all meals on Saturday and Sunday through lunch are included.
West Coast – breakfast is included.

What time should I arrive?
East Coast registration opens at 5pm. 
West Coast registration opens at 4pm.
